If
for any reason you need to cancel/change your order before it ships,
please notify us immediately at:
1-877-226-6977. Once the order has shipped and not yet been delivered, you
will only be charged for shipping and the merchandise will be credited.
Upon
request, we can enclose a card for your special gift,
including a special message of your choice. Please be sure to include your name or the company name so the recipient
will know who the gift is from.
We
regret we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. This is
primarily for the protection of our consumers.
Shipment to APO
addresses is allowed. However, it should be noted that delay will
occur. Please allow an extra two (2) weeks for delivery and feel
free to contact our Sales
Department for updated details of shipment tracking.
Also, please keep in mind
that if
your order is addressed to an
incorrect address and is returned, Victorian Bazaar will charge a $15.00
re-routing
fee.
We
are happy to ship your international gifts.
If
necessary, we
do ship via Fed Ex. However, we will require your 3rd party Federal
Express account number to charge duties and tax
charges. If you do not have a Fed Ex account number we will be happy to
ship the gift to you and you may forward the gift on to it's destination
by any method you choose or perhaps we could use another choice of
shipping.

Bazaar is happy to accept MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Visa.
You may also mail your payment to us in the form of a check, money order
or cashiers check. Once we receive your payment your gift will promptly ship.
